The VET Leadership Program is designed for current and emerging leaders in Registered Training Organisations who want to step confidently into leadership roles that drive organisational success, quality outcomes, and a strong culture of support and accountability.
Participants build emotional intelligence, strategic leadership capability, and the practical skills to lead and mentor trainers, manage performance, and guide organisational change in a regulated environment.
This is leadership training designed specifically for the VET sector – practical, supportive, and immediately applicable.
At the end of this program you will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment listing the below units.
Participants will learn how to:
Apply emotional intelligence to build trust, communication, and positive culture
Mentor, coach, and support trainers and assessors to strengthen delivery and assessment
Model professionalism and ethical leadership aligned to RTO Standards
Develop capability systems, performance plans, and professional development approaches
Lead organisational change and innovation with structured strategy
Communicate change clearly and confidently, and support staff through transition
Promote wellbeing, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
Strengthen compliance and quality through people-centred leadership
