The VET Leadership Program is designed for current and emerging leaders in Registered Training Organisations who want to step confidently into leadership roles that drive organisational success, quality outcomes, and a strong culture of support and accountability.

Participants build emotional intelligence, strategic leadership capability, and the practical skills to lead and mentor trainers, manage performance, and guide organisational change in a regulated environment.

This is leadership training designed specifically for the VET sector – practical, supportive, and immediately applicable.

At the end of this program you will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment listing the below units.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Apply emotional intelligence to build trust, communication, and positive culture

  • Mentor, coach, and support trainers and assessors to strengthen delivery and assessment

  • Model professionalism and ethical leadership aligned to RTO Standards

  • Develop capability systems, performance plans, and professional development approaches

  • Lead organisational change and innovation with structured strategy

  • Communicate change clearly and confidently, and support staff through transition

  • Promote wellbeing, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

  • Strengthen compliance and quality through people-centred leadership
