The exciting new TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Educational and Training offers experienced VET trainers the opportunity to specialise in their area of interest. Each pathway is comprised of units designed to inspire and challenge you on your learning journey.
Specialisations
After completing the three core units, you will then select one of the three specialisation streams of your choice to support your career outcomes.
Advanced Training & Assessment
Professionals in advanced training and assessment job roles have the responsibility of providing training and assessment services within the VET sector. In addition to this, they are also tasked with promoting innovative practices and taking on leadership roles to guide other VET teachers, trainers, and assessors.
Design and Development
Individuals in design and development job roles are accountable for crafting and devising training and assessment strategies, typically for registered training organisations (RTOs). This involves examining training requirements, designing training solutions, and developing products to
comply with industry standards and regulations.
VET Leadership
VET leadership job roles entail individuals to provide guidance, mentoring, and advice to VET teachers, trainers, and assessors who are new to the field. Along with this, they also have the responsibility of supporting quality and compliance operations within the organization.
