The TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set gives you the skills and knowledge to assess competence against nationally recognised training products. It is ideal for industry experts who assess learners on behalf of an RTO, or workplace supervisors who need to confirm the competence of their team. All units form part of the core units of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
This skill set is comprised of three units:
TAEDES411: Use nationally recognised training products to meet vocational training needs.
TAEASS412: Assess competence.
TAEASS413: Participate in assessment validation.
