The TAESS00021 Facilitation Skill Set gives you the skills to plan and deliver engaging vocational training. You will learn to design training plans and facilitate group-based learning that meets the needs of different learners. All units form part of the core units of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
This skill set is comprised of two units:
TAEDEL411: Facilitate vocational training.
TAEDES412: Design and develop plans for vocational training.
