The TAESS00027 Training Design Skill Set focuses on the design side of vocational training. You will learn to interpret nationally recognised training products and turn them into practical, well-structured training plans. All units form part of the core units of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
This skill set is comprised of two units:
TAEDES411: Use nationally recognised training products to meet vocational training needs.
TAEDES412: Design and develop plans for vocational training.
